Our latest pop-up at YALM is The Jerk Chicken Project.

This is a brand new concept from up and coming chef, Leon Wells.

Leon has already been making waves on the Norwich food scene as part of the Shaanti collective that has been hosting supper clubs in Norwich in London, inspired by their travels around the globe.

Expect punchy Jamaican flavours using high-quality ingredients all put together with the usual fun and creativity that Leon brings to the table, as a 20-year-old chef.

Dishes will include all of the classics from rice and peas to red snapper and whole jerk chicken with all the sides, for sharing.

The pop-up will be running in the main hall for 3 months from Wednesday 30th April and will be serving lunch and dinner everyday.
