Hello Sailor Supper Club
An evening of seafood with Elliot Ketely. Tasting menu, wine flights and good company…
Join us for an intimate seafood supper club in the Private Dining Room at Yalm. Our host will be Elliot Ketely of Hello Sailor Fish Bar.
Elliot has had an illustrious career working in some of the UK’s finest kitchens including Langans Brasserie and J. Sheekey along with some incredible chefs including Mark Hix and Steve Terry at Coast, London. His career has taken him overseas too, from executive chef at Soho House in New York to various ventures in and around California, before returning home recently to set up the kitchen at Sculthorpe Mill, with a detour via the seafood laden Cornwall to open a boutique hotel.
“It has long been my ambition to open a fish restaurant, and the first stage was to establish a supper club. In June 2024, ‘Hello Sailor’ fish supper club was established, popping up in cool locations across Norfolk, offering refined fish dishes using the best fish and seafood from around the British Isles” Says Elliot.
Menu will be announced soon along with some incredible wines lined up to pair with Elliot’s dishes.

Monthly folk night for Norwich. An informal evening of food, drink and vibes for the folk music lover...
Don’t miss an exclusive evening with GOOD HABITS, as they take the stage at Yalm Food Hall as part of the new FOLK AT YALM event series.
One of the most exciting new indie-folk duos to come out of the UK, Good Habits’ award winning, genre-fusion has received international critical acclaim in the short 5 years they have been performing, with performances at Glastonbury and WOMAD; tours throughout Europe and Australasia; and a Top 40 album.
Composed of Bonnie Schwarz (cello + vocals) and Pete Shaw (accordion), the pair mix virtuosic musicianship and vocal harmony with vivid storytelling, drawing on their diverse musical tastes and weaving them into an action-packed narrative of folky goodness. After a pandemic spent happily stranded in New Zealand, they arrived back in the UK in 2022 to spread their joyous music throughout Europe.
To their delight, it was a jam-packed calendar of performances, tours and musical collaborations including performances at some of the UK’s most established folk festivals and involvement in projects including Global Music Match and more.

Monthly folk night for Norwich. An informal evening of food, drink and vibes for the folk music lover...
