Hello Sailor is the brainchild of top chef Elliot Ketley whose career spans some of the UK’s most renowned kitchens — J. Sheekey, Le Caprice, Sculthorpe Mill and many more — and includes collaborations with culinary icons such as Mark Hix and Steve Terry.

Elliot has crafted an incredible menu that’s fun, creative yet completely approachable, whether you’re a seafood aficionado or just dipping your toes in the ocean.

Carefully considered drinks pairings are also available, from bubbles to stouts, to perfectly complement Elliot’s creations.

We’re so pleased to be bringing this to you – it promises to be a feast of fresh, sustainable seafood made with care, creativity and passion.

Elliot will also be running two intimate seafood supper clubs on the 26th March and the 30th April.
