Hello Sailor is the brainchild of top chef Elliot Ketley whose career spans some of the UK’s most renowned kitchens — J. Sheekey, Le Caprice, Sculthorpe Mill and many more — and includes collaborations with culinary icons such as Mark Hix and Steve Terry.

Elliot has crafted an incredible menu that’s fun, creative yet completely approachable, whether you’re a seafood aficionado or just dipping your toes in the ocean.

Carefully considered drinks pairings are also available, from bubbles to stouts, to perfectly complement Elliot’s creations.

The pop-up starts on Wednesday 12th February and Elliot will be running some special Private Dining Room events in the near future, but we’ll keep you posted on those so you don’t miss out.
