Discover the art of fermentation with River Cottage’s Rachel de Thample, as she guides you through the science of different preserving methods.

In this flavoursome experience, Rachel will explore the techniques that prevent seasonal produce from spoiling, outline the healthiest methods of preserving food and showcase how sugar, vinegar and salt work to make your abundant harvests last longer.

You’ll also get the chance to create your own delicious pickle to take home with you, and sample a bottled taste of late summer - featuring River Cottage grown produce!
