Eric’s Pizza ‘Supper in the City’

Join us for an unforgettable evening of delicious food, drinks, and great company at Supper in the City!
Head chefs Eric Snaith and Fred Bambridge will cook a sensational supper for only 30 people.

The 5-course menu

Pizza, ricotta, wild garlic, Salami
Tomatoes, Samphire, Olive Oil, Lemon
Butter Poached Cod, bonito, peas, lettuce, bottarga
Lamb tenderloin and belly, courgette, salsify, Titchwell garden vegetable salad
Strawberries, elderflower, jelly and ice cream

About Eric and Fred

Eric gained his third AA Rosette at Titchwell Manor for his stand-out culinary skills in 2013, which has been maintained every year since. In 2016, Eric progressed into a Chef/ Owner role, taking on responsibility for all hotel operations and leadership.

Over the years, Eric has gained a reputation for producing experimental and innovative food using the finest local ingredients and cutting-edge techniques, reflecting his self-taught ability and enthusiasm for modern cuisine.

Fred Bambridge shares a love of fine, local ingredients with Eric, Executive chef owner of Titchwell Manor, Erics Fish and Chips and Eric’s pizza . Both chefs want to make interesting ingredients accessible, to those that may not be able to try them.

Fred makes many of his own ingredients, including Nduja for Eric’s pizza, adding oregano and fennel to local sausage meat and he also carefully caramelises shallots for Eric’s garlic pizza.
