Join Coach Bobby for a morning session designed to introduce you to the basics of boxing in a slow-paced and technical environment. This session is perfect for those new to boxing or looking to brush up on their technique, and is designed to be a relaxed and educational experience. Coach Bobby will lead you through a series of drills and exercises to help you master the fundamentals of boxing, including stance, footwork, and basic punches, and teach you how to throw a proper jab, cross, hook, and uppercut, as well as defend yourself in the ring. Please note that this session is not a high-intensity workout and is focused on the technical aspects of boxing, not on sweating.
The session will last approximately 45 minutes and will be followed by a delicious and nutritious breakfast, providing an opportunity to connect with others and network.
