Join us for a morning of movement, making new friends & nourishing your body.
We will start with a Post Natal Pilates Class, concentrating on pelvic floor and abdominal rehabilitation. The movements we practice will release tension through the spine, hips & shoulders whilst using lateral breathing to connect the mind and body.
Followed by a delicious and nourishing breakfast prepared by TOAST.
Baby’s that haven’t taken their first steps are welcome, please feel free to bring a blanket & toys to entertain the little ones.
